STILLPOUR COFFEE PTY LTD (ABN 61 249 118 073) handles personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). This policy sets out what we collect and why.
What we collect
- Order details. Name, delivery address, email, telephone and what you ordered.
- Subscription details. Preferences, interval, pause history and dispatch records.
- Wholesale accounts. Business name, ABN, site address, contact people and invoicing history.
- Website data. Server logs holding IP address, page requested, referrer and timestamp.
Card details are processed by our payment provider and never reach our systems.
Why we hold it
To pack and post orders, run subscriptions on schedule, invoice wholesale accounts, answer enquiries and keep the site working. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not sell data.
How long we keep it
- Order and subscription records: 7 years, to meet Australian tax record-keeping requirements.
- Enquiries that do not become orders: 12 months.
- Server logs: 90 days.
Who else sees it
Our website host, payment provider, email platform, accounting software and Australia Post act as service providers. Each holds only what it needs. Where a provider stores data outside Australia, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.
Access and correction
Write to [email protected] to ask what we hold, to correct it, or to ask us to delete anything we are not required to keep. We reply within 30 days.
Complaints
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
